Patient can either walk-in to the pharmacy, or call into the pharmacy for a video call, any required medications can be delivered to the patients home address.

Introducing our Pharmacy First Service! A convenient and accessible healthcare option designed to provide you with immediate support for minor health concerns. Our trained pharmacists are here to help you manage common ailments, offer advice on over-the-counter medications, and guide you on when to seek further medical attention.
There are 7 health conditions that our pharmacists can offer treatment for, if you are eligible, these include:
Acute sore throat
Acute sinusitis
Infected insect bites or stings
Shingles
Impetigo
Acute otitis media (earache)
UTIs
Our Pharmacy First Service empowers you to take charge of your health without the need for a doctor’s appointment or prescription.
Available to all patients aged 1 year and older.
UTI treatment is only available for women aged 16-64 years old.
Earache is only available for children aged 1-17 years old.
Only bites or stings that have occurred in the UK will be eligible for treatment from the pharmacist.
Patients must be able to provide a brief medical history and list any current medications.
Those with chronic conditions or complex health issues may be referred to a physician for further evaluation.
A referral will be made on your behalf if there is concern for a more serious condition.
